“REAIGE GRIND ART is named after my Granddaughter. We lost her in a car accident on January 14, 2022. Her name was Reagan Paige. I used to call her Reaige, (pronounced ‘Rage’). She was only 6 years old. I had started doing artwork with a grinder on aluminum years before, mostly just some abstract pieces. It wasn’t until losing her that I really pushed myself beyond my abilities, focusing more and more on detail leading up to objects, animals, and then eventually portraits of people as I progressed. She is my inspiration to move forward since she always wanted to help me with my art. This page is dedicated to the loving memory of her and through art I try to find healing - not because I have forgotten, but because I am still learning how to carry love and loss together.”
